Hi, we’re Kate and Paul. We live in Ramsgate, a beautiful seaside town on the South East coast of England. We are traditional artists working in oils, charcoal and pencil. We have over 30 years of experience working as artists, creating portraits of people, pets and illustrations for books and magazines. We deliver our portraits to clients all over the world.

Recognised in the art world
Our portraits have been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and in various other exhibitions. Kate's portraits have twice been finalists in the Art Renewal Center competition. One of her works is also due to be inscribed onto a nanofiche and sent to the Moon aboard the Griffin lunar lander as part of the Lunar Codex in autumn 2026
